Steam is an important public project in pharmaceutical enterprises, mainly for the preparation of pharmaceutical water, process equipment temperature control to provide heat sources, used in sterile process equipment, utensils, sterilization of final sterilization products. Steam can be broadly divided into industrial (Plant Steam or Black Steam), Process Steam, and Pure (Pure Steam or Clean Steam).

Industrial steam is mainly used for heating non-direct contact products, for non-direct impact systems, and can be subdivided into ordinary industrial steam and non-chemical added steam. Ordinary industrial steam refers to the steam prepared by municipal water softening, which belongs to the non-direct impact system and is used for heating the non-direct contact product process. Generally, as long as the system is considered how to prevent corrosion; Non-chemical added steam refers to the steam prepared by adding flocculant from purified municipal water.

It is a non-direct impact system, mainly used for air humidification, heating of non-direct contact products, sterilization of non-direct contact product process equipment, inactivation of waste liquid, etc. No chemical added steam should contain volatile compounds such as ammonia and hydrazine.
