(1) The installation of the process pipeline should be carried out by crossing through the roof into the water point (not through the ground) to avoid the retention of process water in the pipeline; The circulating circuit should not be installed too low, and the installation of the water inlet pipeline should not be too low, which may cause the risk of two-way pollution; The design and installation of pipelines should avoid dead angles and blind pipes; Horizontally installed piping should be set at an inclined angle; There is a certain inclination on the pipeline, which is convenient for discharging stored water; The length of the dead angle at the point installation valve should not be greater than 3 times the inner diameter of the branch pipe; The terminal water outlet generally adopts a circulating pipeline.
(2) Select reliable diaphragm valves and select pipelines with polished inner surfaces, and passivate them. Ensure that the flow speed in the pipe of the water storage pipeline should be greater than 2m/s; (3) Non-toxic and corrosion-resistant materials should be used for storage tanks, pipe fittings and pipelines of process water, and should not be made of polyvinyl chloride; Adopt sanitary pipelines and connection methods; Pipelines and tanks should be passivated before the first use; The storage tank and pipeline should be made of 304L and 316L stainless steel. In the pretreatment stage, the pipe should be made of ABS engineering plastics and other pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, and stainless steel should be selected after the reverse osmosis high-pressure pump. The valves on the main and branch pipes on the pipeline should be made of stainless steel diaphragm material. (4) The pipeline is connected by hot melt or argon arc welding, or connected by sanitary water section. The pipe installation must ensure that all the water in the pipe can be drained; The slope is generally specified as 1% of the pipe length, which is applicable to both water for injection and purified water pipelines; If there is water accumulation in the pipe, a drainage point or valve must be set; The number of drainage points should be kept to a minimum. |
